Shipping policy

Free shipping on all orders over CAD $95.00

Orders are shipped and delivered by Canada Post on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).  

All in-stock orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days.  We will backorder unavailable items and all products will be shipped once everything is available.

You will be notified via email if any items are out of stock or on backorder.

During Checkout you will see the total price, including taxes, shipping and handling charges, in Canadian dollars before you place your order. Your credit card will be charged according to the charges displayed during Checkout. Packages shipped to Canadian addresses do not require a signature for delivery.

Client is responsible for any and all shipping fees related to their return and/or exchange. 

Restricted Items
Certain items may be considered restricted and/or hazardous materials.  This may  include: aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g., pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, etc.) are restricted and required to be shipped by standard, ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations.Shipping fees are non-refundable.
